Shipping Information

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 48 hours. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 11 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Europe, North America & Asia

15-30 day delivery – Free 

5--12 day delivery – $25 or Free when you spend over $500 

Rest of world

15-35 day delivery – Free 

8-15 day delivery – $25 or Free when you spend over $500

Customs & Taxes

To keep customer tax fees low, Orders will be labeled as gifts and low value to help avoid customs fees.

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by KMO CLOTHING. 

International returns initiated due to wrong shipping address, delivery failure or refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. *For Express Shipping, $25 original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

When purchasing in a currency other than USD, the conversion is performed by our partner Flow Commerce, Inc. and includes a conversion fee, which covers processing and guarantees the exchange rate at the time of check out.

Exchange Rate

We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.

Tracking

Once shipped, A tracking number will emailed to the email used with the order. 

Please note that orders with rural delivery addresses may not be applicable for Express delivery. Feel free to contact us before placing your order if you believe this may be applicable to you. Delivery times are estimates, majority of deliveries fall between the delivery time estimates, delivery can be quicker or longer.
