Order Processing

Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Busy periods and additional quality checks may require extra time. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is $15 for orders under $100 and free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $100.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 12–15 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is $30.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather, remote-area and peak-season delays may affect transit time. Available options and the final charge are shown at checkout for the delivery address.

Customs & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not collected by KMO ECHO and are the recipient's responsibility where applicable. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send the tracking number to the email address used for the order. Tracking updates can take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or the delivery estimate has passed, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address before placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
